Now Hiring: Seasonal Events & Mobile Operations Lead

Duration: June – October

Location: Style Pop Cafe (Mobile Operations)

Are you a coffee lover with a knack for logistics and a passion for people? Style Pop Cafe is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Events & Mobile Operations Lead to head up our mobile cafe experience this season!

From local festivals to private gatherings, you will be the face of Style Pop Cafe, bringing our signature drinks and food to the community using our specialized coffee trailer and cart.

The Role

As the Lead, you aren't just making coffee—you’re the "Captain" of the mobile unit. You will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from the initial setup to the final breakdown, ensuring every cup is served with excellence and every event runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobile Operations: Full setup and breakdown of the coffee trailer and/or cart at various event locations.

  • Drink & Food Craft: Prepare our full menu of specialty coffees and drinks. For trailer events, you will also be responsible for food preparation.

  • Technical Management: Confidently operate and troubleshoot equipment, including starting and maintaining the generator.

  • Maintenance: Ensure a pristine, organized, and functional workspace; responsible for the deep cleaning of the trailer/cart.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the point-of-sale system, including opening/closing the drawer and balancing daily receipts.

  • Customer Experience: Deliver top-notch service that reflects the vibrant and inclusive brand of Style Pop Cafe.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Problem-Solver Mentality: You can think on your feet and handle the "hiccups" that come with mobile events.

  • Technical Comfort: You have experience (or high comfort) working with generators and basic mechanical equipment.

  • Physical Stamina: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can lift up to 50 lbs for equipment setup.

  • Hospitality Pro: You genuinely enjoy engaging with the public and providing a warm, welcoming experience.

  • Reliability: You are committed to the June–October seasonal window and enjoy the variety of working in different locations.

Pay $14 per hour

 

Cashier/Barista

Style Pop Cafe is currently looking for amazing cafe staff to work at our cafe. The ideal candidate for this position is a high energy individual who enjoys serving customers in a busy, fast-paced retail environment. We're interested in hiring dependable people who communicate well with both customers and colleagues, and enjoy working as a team to provide high quality customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for cashiering duties as well as prepping customer orders and barista duties. HOURS VARY
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions.
  • Making coffee drinks including but not limited to latte, Americano, Affagato etc.
  • Take payments utilizing point of sale system.
  • Monitor inventory.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure workspaces are clean and well organized at all times.

Style Pop Cafe Summer Events
