Cashier/Barista

Style Pop Cafe is currently looking for amazing cafe staff to work at our cafe. The ideal candidate for this position is a high energy individual who enjoys serving customers in a busy, fast-paced retail environment. We're interested in hiring dependable people who communicate well with both customers and colleagues, and enjoy working as a team to provide high quality customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for cashiering duties as well as prepping customer orders and barista duties. HOURS VARY
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions.
  • Making coffee drinks including but not limited to latte, Americano, Affagato etc.
  • Take payments utilizing point of sale system.
  • Monitor inventory.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure workspaces are clean and well organized at all times.

Cafe Lead (FILLED)

Prep Kitchen Staff

Style Pop Cafe is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep Cook to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, meats, and bakery, according to our high standards and recipes.
  • Mise en Place: Organize and set up workstations for efficient cooking, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are on hand.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
